WeAreGatlinburg.com started in 2010 with a few of us that wanted to bring a blogging type community into a local resource tool.  In the beginning, everyone could create their own blog and post any information that they wanted.  The bloggers could keep their information public and share with the world, or they could make it a private blog and only share with a select amount of people.  Since that time, we have had the opportunity to create (by the request of our users) a complete web resource of local reviews, news stories, personal websites for users and more.
